Washington Real Estate
- To renew your Real Estate License in the state of Washington, you are required to complete 30 hours of continuing education every two years.
- The license shall expire every two years on the licensee’s birth date. Courses must be completed by this time.
- Three hours must be core curriculum. A maximum of 15 hours over the required 30 may be carried forward to the following renewal date.
- Licensee shall provide proof of completion of continuing education to director if requested.
